#658: Watch The Importance of Being Earnest

In my mind, Oscar Wilde can (I mean, could, when he was alive, of course) do no wrong (I mean, as a writer, of course).

So the Hudson Warehouse Theater Company’s outdoor production of the play was always going to be good in my opinion.

Add to that seat cushions they made available for the hard steps where the audience sat, perfect weather, and microphones for the actors, and you have a free New York City experience that makes you remember why you’re paying so much for your New York City life.

It doesn’t make you suddenly forget rent is due next week, but it does make you willing to pay it for another month.
